2. File Preparation
1) Unzip
Unzip the .zip file, you will get base files consist of macro program and sheets of each component. And also get samples, which can be used by only copying to your pc.+ How to get files:

2) Preparation mode
To prevent unwilling data and design modification, DcMgrKit has the function of lock and exclusive. Turn them to preparation status when you setup parameters. (Very Important)+ Components: Launcher, List, Form

3) Copy, Locate
Copy base file to each file name. Delete other sheets except required ones. Create directories. Locate each file to right position.| Component | File | Required Sheets |

3. Parameters
Each three component (Launcher, List, Form) uses same one macro program library. With parameters explained below, this library provides purpose-built menu system to each component.Parameter sheet

2) Sheet design
Sheet design (size, show or hide of every columns and rows) is managed by inputting values in cells on specific row or column, not by subtle settings with mouse operation.+ Components: Launcher, List, Form

DcMgrKit has two rapid printing methods.

4) Author
It is not easy to write same correct author information to each file. DcMgr has an effective function.+ Component: Form

5) Launcher
a. Column for file names
Launcher stops opening a list while it is opened. So All Lists have to be opened by Launcher.+ Components: Launcher

6) List
a. Columns for file names
Columns for Date and Filename can be same.First date cell, then filename cell are filled. In case same column is selected, Date value will not remain.

List has an automated file back up function, in case of unintended document deletion or file corruption. But, user need to find the backup files and delete files periodically with file browser.+ Components: List

d. Checking special directories
Any special directory (main, att, out, forms, backup) can be freely setup, as long as actual directory is corresponded to its description. Checking method is provided.

7) Form
Date and document number management is important in some documents like quotation. For this reason, an auto text fill function is provided.+ Component: Form (of Libre calc)

6. Other settings
1) Path setting
On Windows PCs, setting of application path is needed. After setting has done, reset PC and enable the settings. Even one character is incorrect, it will not start. Please refer to other documents (books, web), if necessary.+ Components: (only) Windows PC
2) Start Triggers
Once Lch is in work, you can access any of your documents. Firm Lch start triggers are very important.a. Windows PC
Too many short cuts on desktop, privent from finding target trigger.+ Components: Windows PS Desktop
+ How to create:
a. [start file browser] > [select: Lch file] > [mouse right click] >
b. [create - shortcut] > [past - shortcut] > [short cut apears]
b. Linux PC Desktop
Creating short cuts on linux PC takes time and effort.+ How to create:
1) Create textfile to desktop
ex. /home/me/desktop/Lch.desktop
2) Mouse right click Icon, enable execte.
3) Icon and Name will be changed and become executable.
- File Name: write with absolute path
- Version: adjust to the one in use
- Exec...: can be Exec=soffice
c. link on private web page
In group use, private web page with link on it, is very convenient. Can be used on any cloud user group pc of both win and linux. This method makes administrator's jobs easy.+ Preparation of web page with link :
a. create private web page in cloud directory
b. add link on it example:
