This kit is a simple but effective, somehow amusing document management tool, which can be used by Windows and Linux mixed user group. I, an aged amateur, made this kit.   Please enjoy DcMgrKit at your own risk.
Libreoffice is a free integrated office suite for both Windows and Linux. Compatibility in data and macro makes DcMgrKit enable document management on windows and linux PCs. MS Office does not run on Linux, so DcMgrKit is the only one system.

1. Our troubles

If our PCs are like these, we are struggling with document management.
The reasons behind are,

1) Long file names.
2) Folders in various places.
3) Forced to remember too many.
4) I believe I know.
